WHAT LICENSE DO I NEED?

Have a look at the comparison chart below to have an overall view of all licenses we provide.

1. Desktop License

✅ Reserved to individuals/freelancers. It allows one single person to use the font(s) for commercial purposes.
✅ Can create and distribute graphics and artworks for display (Only) on any surface

❌ Limited to a specific number of computers.
❌ This license doesn't apply to website (using @font-face), eBook, broadcast and software embedding uses
❌ You cannot re-sell and redistribute the font(s) to third parties.

2. Extended License (Personal Branding)

✅ Rights for high-volume commercial printing,
✅ Use in marketing and advertising materials

❌ Extended rights might still exclude web embedding or digital distribution.
❌ You cannot re-sell and redistribute the font(s) to third parties (your client or his employees, etc.)

3. Web License

✅ Embedding fonts in websites via CSS.
✅ Allows to embed font files into your CSS code and use it on a website as dynamic text using @font-face.

❌ Limited by the number of monthly page views, specific domains.
❌ This license doesn't apply to offline, application, Epub, Broadcast and Video Games use.

❌ You cannot re-sell and redistribute the font(s) to third parties.

4. Apps License

✅ Integration in mobile and desktop applications.
✅ You can embed the font(s) in a web/mobile App that enables the end user to create customized final graphics including rasterized uses of the font.

❌ Limited by the number of app installations or active users.
❌ You cannot re-sell and redistribute the font(s) to third parties.
Royalty Rate: 15% of the app's price per active user.

5. Epub License

✅ Embedding in e-books, e-magazines.

❌ Limited by the number of titles or copies distributed.
❌ You cannot re-sell and redistribute the font(s) to third parties.
Royalty Rate: 5% of the e-book's price per copy.

6. Broadcast License

✅ Use in TV, online streaming, cinema.
✅ allows the installation of the fonts on all production workstations necessary to pre-production as well as realtime rendering of the font(s) for broadcasting/tv/cinema titling.

❌ May depend on audience size, geographic reach.
❌ You cannot re-sell and redistribute the font(s) to third parties.
Royalty Rate: 10% of the broadcasting fee per viewer.

7. Video Games License

✅ Embedding in video games for various platforms.

❌ Could vary based on platform, number of copies sold.
❌ You cannot re-sell and redistribute the font(s) to third parties.
Royalty Rate: 15% of the game's price per copy sold, with tiered rates.

8. Enterprise License

✅ Comprehensive use across all mediums in a large organization/commercial company.

❌ Tailored to organizational needs but may have volume restrictions.
❌ You cannot re-sell and redistribute the font(s) to third parties.
Royalty Rate: Negotiable, consider a flat fee based on the organization's size.
